<p>Woohoo, my school decided to label me as a "NON-RESIDENT," so if I don't belong there, it means I'm INTERNATIONAL, because I haven't lived in any other US state prior to moving to China.</p>

<p>Which means I get to pay 10,000, or was it 20,000, more per year!! :D
