from the FAQ, it says that the fee waiver would be within the UC APP, but i just can’t seem to find it!
It is there, everyone else finds it. I have not seen it for some years so I can’t say. Look for anything asking income.
The fee waiver appears right before you pay, at the very end of the submitting process. It says “apply for fee waiver” and you click it, then it shows you if you qualified for it.
