I can't remove my supplement?

<p>I decided I do not want to apply the college I already submitted my supplement to. I did NOT submit the actual application yet though. It's $70 dollars and I would rather not apply to that college. </p>

<p>Why won't it remove? I understand I submitted the supplement, but I didn't submit the actual application.</p>

<p>Because they already recieved the supplement, they are assuming that you are applying there. If you don’t want to apply, just don’t send in the rest of the application there.</p>
