<p>Depends how stressed. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being least stressed 10 bing most stressed…</p>

<p>1-4 Try to distract myself.
5-6 Talk to my friends about it.
7-8 Pray and/or meditate.
9-10 Talk to my mom about it.</p>

<p>Going on AIM and ranting for a few hours
Work out
Play some tennis (which often stresses me out even more)
Eat junk food
Break stuff (I made a few holes in my desk)
Watch youtube videos</p>

<p>^How does tennis stress you out? Do you play competitively?</p>

<p>I also go on junk-food binges when I’m stressed.</p>

<p>Lol yeah, sometimes having an off day or losing really badly against really cocky people ****es me off. But I should probably change the “often” to “sometimes”</p>

<p>Play sports, work out, etc
Play board games
Text/talk (on phone)/online chat
Meditate/self-hypnosis
Browsing online
Play instrument or dance
Eat
Listen to music</p>

<p>Personally: play clarinet, eat sweets/junky food, pray, play basketball, or chill music session. Hot showers are really nice too. :D</p>
