<p>UD is notorious for not mailing out on time. THey mail in waves. SOme of my very talented and smart friends in DE still have not gotten they're letters and im positive they're in. There are theories going around that they are also going alphabetically, but i wouldnt go on that. the point is, you have time.</p>
