<p>I was submitting my application and then a screen popped up with 4 check marks and I decided to blindly check them and write my signature even though I had no idea what they said... One was saying that all of that stuff is your own work I think but I dont know about the rest. Were we supposed to check all four of those?</p>

<p>What I’m trying to say is… don’t worry you did nothing wrong. It’s pretty much a terms of service and we all know nobody reads those. </p>
<p>IIRC from my apps, this is the verification, saying it is your own work, and likely a FERPA release requiring your signature. Not 100% sure, I’ve submitted a lot of apps this week so I’m a bit frazzled as well.</p>
