seniors are busy working on their apps, but one senior
told me that if there’s a college u really want to go, then
you should have kept e-mailing with the Dean of Admissions of
the school u want to go and keep in contacts, so he/she
gets to know you better (some advantage?)when you
send your application there.</p>

<p>There is some truth to this... however I would advise against badgering the adcoms with stupid questions, b/c chances has it, there are loads of other ppl who are doing the same thing... stupid questions is just a waste of their time... and plus a lot of the answers you can find with a little research... so in short... it's good to keep in touch... but only if its necessary...</p>

Answering the question, I really don't think it's a good idea because the adcoms already have much to do as it is so constantly e-mailing would just be adding more to their work. Now if you ask me, I wouldn't prefer someone who constantly pesters me with silly questions that could me answered through little or less research so......................</p>

<p>I would e-mail the admissions office at least one time a week junior year and then step it up to once a day senior year. This way they'll know you really want to come here. </p>
<p>This should result in either an acceptance or a restraining order. Probably the latter, but you never can tell. :eek:</p>
