I'm a new student so these might be dumb questions but I would really appreciate your respond..

I'm a transfer student who got accepted into Thurgood Marshall College.

I try to find pros/cons of TMC, but it's really hard to find.

Can you, current students, tell me life in TMC??

Also, I heard they offer 'transfer student only' apartment.. Is this true?? and
Do I have to live there?? is there other options?

Lastly, I have couple friends who live in Warren and Muir. How far are these two colleges from TMC?? by walk or bike.. no car..

Thank you Thank you~

Since you’re a transfer, you won’t be living in Marshall. Transfer housing is in a place called The Village.

Hi! I got into UCSD: Revelle College with an undeclared major in social sciences. What does that mean? Because I really want to do political science! And I am so confused regarding the “exempts” and all that. What am I exempt for and how can I get exempted? Also, can I go for summer school and clear all those classes? Revelle has a lot of science classes, and I am terrible at sciences so I’m really worried.

print out a political science finish-in-four plan from revelle’s website

figure out which AP exams get you out of classes ([Advanced Placement Credit](http://www.ucsd.edu/catalog/front/APCredit.html))

did you take any CC classes? assist.org will help you figure out which UCSD classes you can get credit for.

look through the rest of your lower-division requirements, search assist.org again, and see which ones you can take at summer school. most revelle students try to get humanities out of the way. (but you have to take H1, H2, and one from H3/4/5 at UCSD)
