Transfer Student With a Few Concerns!! (Housing, Social Life, and Logistics)

I was accepted to the Marshall college @ UCSD.

First of all, I dropped 2 classes this semester (after sending my app) at my community college.
I don't believe I have the required 60 UC Transferrable units.
Including all my classes I have plenty more.. but I guess those don't count.
If I take just one more class over summer i'd have enough!
Can I do this?

Next thing, I hear that on-campus transfer students stay at the Village rather than with the rest of their collegemates.
Is this true? How is this "village"?

Finally I know this has been said a jillion times but it seems like SDSU and USD took all the attractive, social folk.
Has this changed recently?
After a not so great community college experience I want to take advantage of the fun parts of college.
Do the different san diego college students all party together?
Also i'll be 21 by the time fall comes around, what is there to do?
Thanks!

I am going to the Sixth College too. However, it’s better for you to contact the admission office since I dont really think that they count the classes in summer quarter… You can have a virtual tour online for the village! I just had a look of it and it’s cool

Since I have over 60 units overall should I just send my transcript and not mention anything?
Or should I bring it up and risk getting rescinded?
I really want to go but I highly doubt asking nicely is gonna help…

If you send your transcript and don’t say anything, they’ll figure it out through the computer system and rescind you anyway.
