I have 150 credits and still want to transfer!!!

So, I have 150 credits, and I'm a class away from finishing my political science major requirements, but I want to transfer into a better political science program. I'm a legend.

How bad in shape am I?

Take the class.

Graduate.

Apply to grad school.

Any school that would have a better polisci program likely won’t take someone with 60+ credits. Also 150 credits is five years in school and yet you want to transfer somewhere which would require two additional years? What are you smoking?

Ok, I’ll be the voice of reason. If transferring is going to cause you, or anyone else to go deeper in debt then finish and go to grad school. IF transferring is not going to put you, your parents or anyone else into debt any more than they already are, then do whatever makes you happy, if that means transferring do it. You only get the college experience once and whats two more years of your life?

Oh if it makes you feel better, I had 24 credits from an Architecture school, changed my major and school got an additional 72 credits in three semesters, and I am transferring to a top 25 school. While they are only transferring 62 credits they still accepted me.
