I have 800, 720, and 690 SAT II scores. Any retakes?

I have an 800 in US History, a 720 in Lit, and a 690 in Math IIC. I'm planning to take Korean in Nov., so I still have a chance to take at least one more SAT II. My SAT I is 2350, and I'm planning to apply to the top schools, most of which only require two. I'm pretty satisfied (should I be?) with an 800 and a 720, for schools like Amherst and Williams, but I'm also applying to Harvard, who requires three. How badly is my 690 going to hurt me, unless I get a really good score on the Korean test? BTW, I plan on going into arts and nothing to do with math/science.

PS I heard that taking the Korean test when you're Korean doesn't do much for you. However, I was born in Canada and never formally learned the language, being able to speak, read, and write because my parents spoke it. Does this make any difference?
