So this year, I signed up to take the AP Chemistry exam, AP, English, Calc Ab/bc, and AP gov. However, I looked at the general ed requirements for the college I will most likely attend next year and I need 3 humanities, 3 social science.

So first of all, I already fulfilled the social science requirement by passing 3 ap exams last year. Is it even worth it to take the ap gov exam, or should I just skip it? Would it be worth some sort of credit?

My other question is that, my major is chem engineering. I do not feel super prepared for the ap chem exam at this point, but I know that of I buckle down and study I could get a 3 at least. However, would it be better to just take intro chem at my college instead to get a better understanding?

Sorry for the complicated question, I appreciate any help from anyone who has experience with this!
