It is undoubtedly beyond disappointing to say, but I have spent 4 years in a community college with 7 retakes already. I had to repeat 2 classes because I had a D or lower and the other 5 I dropped with a ‘W’. At the moment my GPA is a 3.6 but that means nothing when there are 5 withdrawals, a D, and an F on my transcript. At this point I believe it is over for me since none of the CSU or UC probably wants me with this horrible record.
Since the last year I was studying to become a programmer and was hoping to go to CSU San Bernardino or Cal Poly Pomona but I have had to retake trigonometry, calculus 1, and physics twice. I have heard from others that these aren’t even hard classes, but they are hard for me. I feel very inferior to everyone around me since they’re more successful and are able to grasp on to the material far faster than I can. I don’t have a backup plan and don’t know where my future will take me but I am utterly depressed and have been for a while. May you guys please talk to me and kindly give me some truthful advice? I honestly need help.
