I have yet another USC Marshall transfer question... this time about GPA..

I just started my first year at CCC, and already got Speech 101 and Macroeconomics under my belt, both with As.

But my math class has me worried I might not get an A....

I have looked at the applications, and I have seen that there is the standard application procedure everyone must fill out, and then there is a supplemental Marshal application in which you post your grades from your Calc class, econ classes, english class, and accounting courses.

My question is, are you admitted to Marshall based on your overall GPA or the grades you got in just these courses?

Does Marshall admit you based on your overall GPA, including your general ed and diversity requirements AND your business prereqs, or do they just take you based on your prereq scores?

Thank you so much everybody for all the help you guys have given me so far.

Don't quote me on this, but I think I remember reading somewhere on here that first you need to be admitted to USC (in which case they look at your GPA in all your coursework) and then your application goes to Marshall (in which case they look at your Calculus, Econ, Accounting and English GPA).

Anyone care to confirm?
