I haven't complied a list of Colleges yet. Any suggestions?

Hello there...
I am about to be a senior and i still have not chose what college i want to go to. I don't think i have a chance to get a "need based scholarship" for my dad makes about 90000 a year (family of 4). I am first generation too...
Here are my specs -
GPA - 95 average (3.9?) 98 average (weighted)
Class Rank - 2/200 (close to 1st though)
SAT - Math 720
- Writing 540
- Reading 540 ( i know... horrible... i had bad allergies during test day didnt want to read. Lol)
Decent extracirriculars - Basketball, Handball team, Science olympiad winner, Acadamy of finance, 107 hours of community service, 130 hours unpaid internship, Chess, guitar(kind of), Student government, and thats all i can think of from the top of my head... unless video gaming counts...

I plan on taking SAT II's in october, and retaking the sat (2100 hopefully, without the allegy factor).

I am from Russia, if that helps.
I want to be a doctor, so im not sure if it matters what undergrad i go to.
I plan on going to a semi-decent undergrad, and then a good medical school.
I currently reside in the lower NY area, and am leaning toward staying here.

I ask for any suggestions for undergrad schools for which i can get a full ride or any other suggestions that will help.

Thats basically it... I Thank You for your input.

Maybe try U.Rochester?
That's a pretty decent school with good medical oriented programs/majors
