I just pumped iron at RSF

Well I’m still pretty weak on my lifts but I would love to join the team or whatever. PM me or just let me know in this thread.

anyone aware?

Aware of what?

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6’4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

still slightly mystified as to what the hell is going on here

chest and abs today…i am a beast

protein shake time!

Phail.

Unless you’re huge and not looking to be strong, in which case you may have some minor excuse. But even then, you’re bordering on phail.

he on dat isolation time. Hopefully…

who are you talking to?

You.

10char is annoying.

big talk over an internet forum is easy kid…

and I *am *looking to get huge…so you fail (spelled the correct way :D)

Looking to get huge is irrelevant. Bodypart splits are appropriate if, and only if, you have already developed a considerable foundation of strength and mass from which to develop further - and even then, “chest and abs” isn’t something that comes up a lot in respectable bodybuilding programs.

I have no need to engage in “big talk.” Criticizing a person’s poor programming choices on the basis that they are poor is hardly a callout.

I very much doubt he did isolation on the chest unless he used the smith machine and other chest machines only.

Isolation isn’t a major detractor - you generally want to put some form of compound movement at the start of each day of a program regardless, but if he’s already big and looking to increase the size of a given muscle group, isolation work would be in his best interest.
