<p>unalove, I didn’t mean to imply that the stereotype was true, I’m sure U Chicago is a very diverse place. I was just confused as from the title and first paragraph I expected the OP to complain about the as you put it antisocial, socially awkward, bottom-of-the-barrel nerds as would be expected from someone who applied to the school but didn’t want to go and hence didn’t really look into it. And then the OP complained about the opposite. So I decided to point this out as it struck me as odd.</p>
