<p>To be honest i can't imagine out of state community colleges being good for transferring into USC. I think the only reason they cooperate with california community colleges is because they have to compete with the UC's. </p>

<p>I think you should be able to transfer but I'm not sure about the easier part.</p>
<p>It's not easier to transfer to USC through a CC, USC is a private university, they don't have any contracts /w any of the California CC's, like the University of California system does. </p>
<p>You're better off going to a 4-year and transferring to USC.</p>
