hi guys im looking to transfer to UCLA/UCB/USC/stanford and im wondering whether it'll be easier for me to do so from a CSU or CC in california. what if the university im transferring to is out of state? hope you guys can help me out! thanks!

Attending a California community college would be a more direct route to attend Berkeley or UCLA. USC is a transfer friendly private university so it wouldn’t matter as much if you transferred from an in-state or out of state 4-year or 2-year college (as long as your credits will transfer. I am an out of state student and all of my classes did indeed transfer). Stanford admits around thirty transfer students per year making it nearly impossible to transfer without some luck on your side.
