I Made The Biggest Mistake

I submitted my supp online last friday but then i realized i made rly x 100 stupid mistake. Is it possible to send my supp directly to admissions office???????? :'( I know i need to call but im wondering if any of you made this mistake as well.

What kind of mistake was it?

call and ask. I'm guessing you probably can, but the only way to find out is to ask them. what kind of mistake was it?

ummmmmm itz too embarrassing to tell, but what i did was, i used different college name on one of my sentences-! haha kinda hilarious and stupid
I called and she was rly nice about it.
She just told me to mail or fax the revised essay-!!

oooo, yeah, that's good they were nice about it, because that's one of the worst mistakes you can make.

so were you allowed to change it?

David,

Relax, in these days of common apps and cut-and-paste essays, no one has any illusions about essays not being recycled. I'll bet the reason that she was so nice is that they see this every year. I once did the same thing in a book proposal: left in the name of a publisher that had rejected the ms. Book got published, and the second editor told me that they got a chuckle out of it. Hope you have the same result. Good luck!

Don't worry, it'll work out fine. It's their fault for having a name nobody can spell. McAllistair, MacAllstar, Mecklesteer...they asked for it. Prob'ly doesn't happen at Bard. Good luck at Macaeleaster. (really I just wrote this to help you laugh it off...)
