I was nervous for the AP Exam so I put my first name first on the answer sheet when I was supposed to put my last name so I switched my name but I did not fix the bubbles under it so my last name has an extra ia at the end of it. Should I contact college board? Will colleges accept the credit if I do not fix this? I just found out I messed up my name a month ago after I got mail addressed to me with the wrong last name.

I have never heard of this problem before but to be safe, contact the College Board ASAP. The more “clean” your submission paperwork is, the better chance you have of a positive review by the admissions folks.

AP exams are offered during this part of the year?

Once you have your score report with an account number you can call the college board and correct the information.

FWIW: a similar situation occurred with my son. One year he forgot to include his social security number, so the test was not included with the other tests taken when he had recorded his SSN. Once we had the account numbers for the different tests, the college board was able to merge his account and send a new score report with all his scores,

They take place in May. The results came out in July. Since I just realized i messed up my last name I just found out my score a month ago
