I need a little help paring down my ECs for applications. What's good?

What ECs/Awards/Activities should I leave out on my applications?

All years:
Key Club
Student Council
Varsity Tennis
Departmental Awards in English (best student)

Freshman year:
Student Body Vice President
UIL One Act Play

Sophomore Year:
Key Club Historian
Key Club Sophomore of the Year
Newspaper (wrote articles and created website)
Varsity Tennis "Most Improved"
UIL Journalism

Junior Year:
Key Club Webmaster
Newspaper Music Editor
Prom Chair (basically planned the whole damn thing. It was the worst.)
NHS
Created an after school tutor/mentor program for junior high kids. Currently defunct, but ran from November 06 to March 07.
Barnhart Scholar (one junior picked from our class is awarded this title and a 30,000 scholarship. The biggest award/honor our town can bestow)
Departmental Award for Physics

Senior Year:
Key Club Lt. Governor (April 07-April 08...I'm in charge of 10 Key Clubs, was specially appointed)
Founder of Young Democrats Club
That's it for this year (as of now).

Summer Activities:
2005-People to People Student Ambassador (I know this is a joke)
2006-Volunteered for a month in town's Main Street Program office (helped plan events to promote my small town and it's economy)
2007-For all of July, I was a marketing intern at the biggest real estate company in Massachusetts.

It really depends on what kind of college you're applying to: selective? very selective? extremely selective?

Also, I was on an executive district board for Key Club (five states/regions, more than 200 clubs) and I only mentioned it once on my application. No one cared about it and I only mentioned it in passing in my interviews.

Key Club's known as an activities staple for high school students. But hey, if you're really into it and write a really good essay about it, you might be able to distinguish yourself from the hundreds of other Lt. Governors, Presidents, District Board members, and International Board members.
