I need an answer to this please!!

<p>OK. My friend is in a dilemma: he has to choose between Irvine and Santa Barbara. He is planning on majoring in biomedical engineering, and wants to go to med school from there. He is a very smart person, but he does like to have fun ( and party lol). Socially, SB would be better since SB is KNOWN for its crazy parties. Academically, Irvine would be better since they have a better engineering program. He also wants a school that's NOT that rigorous. </p>

<p>Where do you think he should go?</p>
