I have 3 schools I cannot decide between… I know the rankings are in the order listed below, but if someone has experience with these schools or are in the know, pls help!!! April 10th is creeping up…
1] Hun School of Princeton
2] Blair Academy
3] Pennington
4] Stuart Country Day School
5] Donovan Catholic HS
Dont focus on rankings. Each of the schools above have their own strengths and weaknesses. What are you looking for in a school?
Music and arts mainly
Out of those, I applied to Hun. My old Crew coach was the crew coach at Hun. I have heard great things about it. But as others said, don’t focus too much on ranks – focus on what felt like home when you visited. Its not a game. There is no do-over. Make sure you are comfortable with your pick!
P.S. You listed 5 schools, not 3!
If you’re cool with an all-girls environment for your high school years, I vote for Stuart. My kids went there thought 8th grade and we know lot of current seniors.
I’m assuming you live within commuting distance of Princeton because Stuart is a day school…so that means Blair would be boarding. I think Blair is the most interesting of the others…it’s the one I’d look most closely at if it were my kid who was choosing.
Do you want to board? If so, I vote for Blair.
I also have heard good things about Stuart if you don’t want to board.

Stuart for day – really supportive and good with very capable students., Blair for boarding. Hun is probably too sports oriented.
