I need help picking a class

Right now I’m a freshman attending high school and my plan was to take PE online using FLVS in the summer and for sophomore year take AP Physiology online using FLVS. Since this will be my first AP class, i don’t know if I can handle it. I have about a 3.5 GPA (unweighted) and I’m ok when it comes to memorization. Any advice? (FLVS means Florida Virtual School)

Physiology is not an AP.
HOPE through FLVS is a great idea.

My bad its AP Psychology auto correct must have corrected it for some reason

I don’t have any experience with FLVS’s AP Psych, but I’ve heard that the AP Psychology exam (and the class at our school) is pretty easy.

If you’re not doing well in the class, another option could just be not to have it show up on your school’s transcript. You could take the class and the exam, and not have it count for credit.

Why are you taking AP Psychology as a sophomore?

Trying to get as many AP classes as you can?

Have you been successful in the past in self-paced learning?

Do you understand that if you take the course for credit that you are stuck with the grade?

You have a 3.5, but what classes are you taking? Mostly Honors?

AP psychology is relatively easy within the context of AP’s. It’s a good AP class for a sophomore. Other good AP’s for sophomore include AP Human Geography and AP World History.

I took AP Psychology as a sophomore, and it was pretty easy. Overall the concepts are straight-forward, and as long as you put in some work you’ll do fine. I would say it’s a good fit for being your first AP class.

I’ve also heard AP Psych is pretty easy. Good entry-level AP class for those who aren’t used to the learning format.
