I need help.. Please

I have given the SAT three times
first time i got CR 650 M710 W600=1960
I thought i could improve all my scores and managed make a new account
the next two times i gave my SAt the scores were
630CR 700M 700W=2030
640CR 690M 670W=2000
My composite is 2040
Now firstly by changing my account i have actually hurt my scores, which would be 20 points more on superscoring.
My question is will colleges ever find out about my previous scores from the account i dont use? i never sent them mys scores from it.
Second from my scores anyone can see that i am a guy who would usually get in the range of 2000+. Should i give it again officially my third time considering there seem to be little chance of improvement and the colleges i am applying set pretty high standards?
If i should the last date is this SAturday. What is the procedure for walking in to a test? this is not standby. Please help

Statistically, your three sets of scores are essentially the same, except for the writing score on your first test. An additional 20 points on a superscore is not significant.

You seem to have a reliable set of scores. Don't bother taking it again, as there will probably be no significant difference, except you'll be out more money and a morning of sleeping in.

How did you set up a new account?
