I’ve tried searching for internships, but I can never find any. Whenever I ask how I can find one, the topic gets changed. I feel like this a very hushed topic for people to talk about. Any tips?
You usually go through your department at school.
They redirected me to the school website, but all those are closed.
What is your major and what do you hope to accomplish?
E.g. Engineers look on engineering corporate sites and look up internship links.
I’m going to major in computer/electrical engineering. I’m trying to find entry level internships, because I don’t know to much on the topic. In high school I’ve been trained in AutoCAD and Revit, plus some civil engineering and architecture.
As a high school student, you can’t really expect colleges to help you find good internships. You said in another post that the internships available to students in your high school require a better GPA than you have. Internships are great, but often you don’t get one until your sophomore or junior year in college and yes, a good GPA will help then, too.
