<p>I applied using commonapp and they never emailed me anything as far as a gwid...what do i do??</p>
<p>I emailed them…giving them my name and birthdadate…and they sent it to me</p>

<p>I had to do the same…they never sent my Id so I emailed them. They replied within a day or two.</p>
