Because Williams freaking rocks. Any joiners?

great decision!

most of us turned down HYP by applying to Williams Early. Williams is once in a lifetime. HYP u can always go for in graduate school

I turned down Yale to go to Williams. A current Eph has written an ode about turning down Harvard:

http://ddavis.8m.net/odetoharvard.html

I'd be happy to get into any of them.

I'll be completely honest... Yale is my top choice. But Williams runs a close second. I'll be happy and lucky if I get into either one.

I'll turn down Dartmouth for Williams

lol same here--
williams..

i droool.

tophe:
i'm with you...i applied ED, so i definitely chose Williams over all the ivies. Why? As you said, Williams ROCKS!!!
And i do hope you get in...

Harvard can suck it!

Sweet deal. You know, Williams isn't my top choice, but I'm still happy to hear people taking the Ivy League down a peg. It needs it every now and then. :)

You all are idiots.

lol at teltar...hope he/she isn't seriously calling you guys idiots. It's so annoying when people place the Ivy League on this untouchable pedestal and place dozens of just-as-fantastic schools wayyyy below it. So stupid.

That being said, I have to concur with rhapsody! :) Even though she auspiciously ended up at Williams instead.

Well... I have effectively turned down the Ivys by applying Early... not a hard decision especially for me as an athlete (DIII is so much nicer than DI).
