I pray to God!!

I have just submitted my application to CalTech praying to God for positive outcome of my application. My stats are:

GPA:3.6/4(unweighted)
ACT: 30(36 M 30S 28E 25R)
SAT subject tests: 800 Math lvl 2 800 Physics 790 Chemistry
Achievements:
A medal Medal in International Physics Olympiad(IPO)
Overall winner of national physics olympiad
And few other math/ science achievements

I am an international student, and can only pay around 10k per year. So, I'm much worried about the application outcome due to the fact that I'm applying for aid. Guys, how many international students typically are provided FA in CAlTech? Does applying to aid significantly affect my chances of being admitted? What do you think is my chance?

to my knowledge, applying to aid, especially for internationals does certainly decrease your chances of being accepted! I am praying to God too man, i’m also an international who submitted my app to MIT. The reason universities don’t accept that much internationals applying for aid is because there are just too many of them. But I think your stats are just amazing! I had a 28 on ACT (32 M, 31 S, 24 E, 23 E) so I just submitted my TOEFL (110/120) to MIT. My stats are pretty good, but not even close to yours! Hopefully we will both get in to two Techs! B)
