I really hate this...help please?

I have a couple of essay topics in mind for the common app, but I have no idea if they will be good and original. Which do you think sounds best?

A.) Basically how one day in my AP Bio class, I fell in love with the subject. I will write about how at the beginning of the class I was pretty much about to fall asleep, and by the end my eyes were opened and aware of how much I had yet to learn. I'm going to be a bio or bio-related major, so I was thinking it might fit well?

B.) About my trip to India. This, I'm afraid will sound really cliche and over-done though. Basically, i'll write about what I saw, how I volunteered there at a poor village, etc. Also, that it was a trip that really made me aware of the world around me....a trip that I will never forget. I think you get the picture?

C.) One day I volunteered a soup kitchen. I went in there and saw tables and tables filled with people (mostly senior citizens) hungry and craving for seconds and thirds. I will write about how I served this one gentlemen, and how basically I didn't recieve a verbal thank-you from him since he really couldn't talk, but he just looked at me and his eyes just said it all. That right there was one of the most satisfying moments of my life. Just knowing that I had helped someone in the simplest way. It sounds really corny, but I think I could write this fairly well.

Are any of those good? That's all I have for right now. If any of you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

I would argue that topic C is the best. But when you write it, don't focus on the volunteering, in fact you may not even have to say you are in a soup kitchen, just say you gave soup to a person who needed help. But when you write the essay craft it around his eyes and be vivd about his eyes, but it will create an image that lasts.

ok thanks...anyone else please???

C could be written very well. I'm not sure how you would describe A.

Actually, you could make B sound really good if you yourself don't make it sound cliche. The soup kitchen one sounds a little lame to me, to be honest.
