2 weeks is a very short time to improve your English enough to make a difference.
One thought is to ONLY speak and listen to English for the entire two weeks. Watch TV in English, watch movies in English, watch web sites that speak in English. Whatever your first language is don’t use it at all for two weeks.
Another thought is to defer the SAT and take it later. If you can’t get your score up enough to get into SUNY Stony Brook for next year, defer a year. Taking one year off between high school and university is perfectly reasonable, and Stony Brook will still be there in a year and will still need incoming students and will still be a very good school.
I will note that being weak at English will also hurt your Math SAT score a bit, and 750 is quite impressive under the circumstances. Over time just speaking and hearing and writing English in your normal life will improve your chances considerably. The more that you use English in your life the faster you will be able to improve your SAT scores.
