XF = Failure of course due to academic dishonesty

The XF grade will be seen on my transcript, and will stay on my transcript only until graduation. The XF becomes an F once I graduate.

Am I screwed when it comes to landing a job when I'm job searching during senior year? Isn't it still true that most companies don't even ask for a transcript? And even the ones that do, don't they ask for one for verification AFTER they accept you?

Also, is it possible to apply for full time jobs during May/June immediately after graduation (since most kids apply a few months before)? If you do get hired in this situation, how quickly would you begin working?

Impossible to find A JOB? No.

Very hard to find a good job right away? Perhaps.

Whether or not they see an XF (in which case you are really screwed) or the F they are still going to want you to explain.

Unless you have a shining resume outside of this than your name will be at the bottom of the pile a lot.

What is your gpa like? What kind of ECs and internships do you have?

I don’t know if you were looking for a sugar-coated answer, but you cheated, and got caught…you’re S.O.L. imo.

EDIT: I see that you’ve posted this same question in many different forums. You seem to be looking for the answer YOU want. You should probably just stop, and continue on in your studies prepared to explain why you made the mistake.

academic dishonesty doesn’t get you expelled?

Ouch… most kids apply 2-3 months before starting? I was always under the impression the good jobs were obtained during the early half of their senior year via campus recruiting.
