I scored 3 and 4s on all of my APs. Should I not report them at all?

I self studied three and one in class. I scored 3s and 4s.
I am thinking of applying to those top universities and I am now considering whether or not to report them. Should I just not report them at all? ( Even though I do admit that it is a painful idea when I've spent so much time on them)

Please help me! Thank you!!

While reporting 3s might not help you, 4s are better than nothing, since colleges don’t hold bad AP scores against you (or so many of them say).

How do I only report 4s? Do I get to choose which ones I want to send?

Don’t report the ones that you self-studied (assuming that those were your 3’s). You don’t send your official scores until after you get into the school/decide you’re going there (for most schools, I believe).
