I just realized that I want to become a doctor in the medical field and my freshman ans sophmore year I screwed up pretty bad. I got c's and d's some b's. Is there still a chance. I have faith I won't screw up the next two years. I'm determined now. I really need some help. Tell me what to do pleas

Of course you have a chance! Do not give up hope!
You want to make up classes if possible, especially those D grades. Are you taking AP/IB/Honors classes?
If worst comes to worst, and if you’re serious about med school, then you’ll go to a Junior College, transfer into a UC, and apply and hopefully get accepted into Med school. I mean in here in Cali, most Med schools don’t weigh too much on where you do undergrad if I’m not mistaken.
Best of luck and if you truly want to be a doctor then become one. The rest is just details. :)

*I meant university not UC. Its because I live in California and that’s what most would do in California.

Are you currently in high school or college?

I’m currently in high school, I plan on taking Ap US, med terms, physics, pre cal/trig, and senior year I plan on taking AP bio, anatomy and physiology and calculus, may take ap chem and then redo regular chem over. the summer

I don’t see the major issue, seeing how Med Schools don’t really give a dam about high school grades and from what I have read the reputation of your school for undergrad doesn’t have a huge influence on your acceptance so as long as long as you get into an accredited school you should be ok providing you ace your MCAT and get a good gpa.
However if you really want to get into a highly ranked school for your undergrad you might want to look at schools outside the US, which often have different admission process for students. For example Canadian Universities only look at your grade 11 marks (for early acceptance) and mainly just base your acceptance on your grade 12 marks, with your grade 9 and 10 marks being irrelevant.

You’re just going to have to pick it up in college. It’s extremely hard to get into medical school, high MCAT, 3.8+ GPA, interview and EC’s pointing towards your career. Getting C’s and D’s and high school won’t affect your chances but you have to change your work ethnics.

My GPA was les than 2.5 both years, I don’t know if it will help if I do good the next two years

At this point getting into a super selective college (often the ones with the best pre-med programs) is not an option. But medical schools as many people have said do not look at high school data. You could look into transferring colleges after a year or two or sticking with the college you select. Either way you just need to work really hard in college.
