Currently a sophomore in high school and wondering what ECs can I do or should do. Yes, I have read through the stickied thread, but I was wondering if anyone could recommended anything more personal for my circumstances. I haven't done anything and regret it, but I'm hoping to work as hard as possible for the next 2.5 years.

Quick Questions...
How many volunteer hours will be deemed "enough"?
How big of a difference does it make between doing a sport, being a captain of a sport, and getting into Varsity for a sport?
How big of a difference does it make between creating a club that isn't super famous and being an officer in a club that is super famous.
Does being a challenge day volunteer help at all?
