<p>Why not send them out now? It’s probably too late for ED, but not for RD anywhere, unless you are applying for scholarships.</p>

<p>yes, any score requested to be sent before the deadline “counts”, as well as (in most cases) results from the test taken during the month of the app deadline.</p>
