<p>i've been here forever (seattle). i'm really tired of this place and need to get out. where is a nice place for a young person to settle with little money? i'm asian too, so a diverse community would be rather nice. i'm a writer at heart, but i don't have much clue what i want to work as. (probably not for a newspaper or anything of that sort). but a town that's rather cheap, safe, diverse, and have young people would be rather nice. i'm thinking chicago, which is close enough like seattle, but with new people.</p>

<p>Philly and Boston are both expensive. Go to Austin, Texas which has a large Asian student population that sticks around and is more cultured than you would think.</p>

<p>I thought people loved seatle. Especially writers, i.e. sleepless in seatle. Dude, lots of people want to move there, I don't understand why you want to move away.</p>
