alright, but will improving on SAT II MAth IC improve my score on the SAT or are they completely unrelated? same for act...

What's wrong with aiming high? Shoot for a perfect score! I'm going to shoot for a perfect score, though if I score 2300 I wont retake, I'll be happy with that.

Anyways, why not some tips and answers to his original question? There's no use in convincing someone how high they should aim, just help them achieve it.

SAT II MATH IC = math on the SAT or the ACT....anybody?

Yeah, that looks about right, joker. If you perform well on IIC practice tests, you may do worse on the SAT I Math, because they test very different things.

so what i said about the IC is correct, but if i start to worry about the IIC then i'm screwed? alright, i'm not even focused on the IIC, so then I am technically preparing (well?) for 3 tests at once (ACT SAT AND SAT II) if I prepare for the SAT II MATH IC from the princeton review book.

does that seem right to everybody, or are there dissenters?

anybody have any imput on this piece?

I guess I'm guilty of wanting that 2400 too. Has anyone seent he movie "On A Clear Day"? It's about a man who decides to swim the Engish Channel. This has become not about college, but more of a personal thing. I think I can do it!

I got 2200 on my first Blue Book test, which excites me since I haven't really been "prepping"- any tips on those last few points?

I want a full ride to U Chicago, but thats not gonna happen. Maybe If I got a 2400...
