<p>I know we aren't supposed to have any heating/cooking appliances, but how strictly is this enforced? I desperately want something to heat some water to make coffee in the morning, as I can barely open my door without it.</p>
<p>What would happen if I ignore this regulation? Do we ever actually get checked on?</p>
<p>Everyone I know has a microwave and hasn't gotten in trouble. Depends on your CA though. Keep a towel over it and you should be ok. I also had a hot pot last year to heat water for soup and tea.</p>
