<p>I am currently a Freshman in high school(young I know). I have had my hopes to get into USC Dramatic Arts in fall 2017 seeing as I graduate high school in spring/summer 2017. I had a 4.25 GPA out of a 5.0 scale last semester and this semester it should be better. I am taking one AP class(the only one offered for freshmen) and all of my other classes are Honors(excluding gym, which this year I am taking Dance, and the Preschool I work at for school). This is my third year taking Spanish and plan to take it throughout all of high school. Next year I will be taking the same number of AP and Honors classes and will continue to take as many as I can. I have been acting since I was little and got a lead in the school play as a Freshman. I will keep doing to plays and musicals throughout high school(two plays and one musical a year except this year only one play). I have volunteered over 20 hours at the town's library so far, over 25 hours at the community retirement home. I have worked and will continue working coat check at a local, fancy restaurant over the winter and will be working as a hostess over the next few summers. I babysit a few people as well. I plan on doing cheerleading next year in school and hopefully orchesis the year after. I did Speech this year at school and did track last year and am going to do it the next three years. Starting this summer, I am also going to start participating in the town's runs i.e. Color Run and Santa Run if that helps at all. I am taking the AP test for AP Human Geography next month. I will take the SAT and ACT. On the Explore test I got a composite of 21 overall. In Reading/English I got 25/25, Math I got 18/25(it has raised since then but haven't taken the PLAN test yet), Science I got 21/25 and I don't remember what I got in History. I also live in the Chicago suburbs. What can I do to improve my chances of being accepted into USC Cinematic Arts? Thank you in advance!</p>
