mainly the workload and the number of students who successsfully graduate...and what they do for the deficit of females

That's what every robotics program is for, synthesizing women attracted to geeks.

What should a school do for a deficit of females??

I got a question about Rose: What if you decide not to do engineering, must you transfer to another college?

Rose-Hulman offers Engineering, Math and Physics. If you don't like those options then you'll need to transfer. As far as the female deficit, you've got Indiana State University in the same town and they have quite a few females - I know they do some stuff with them.
