I want to transfer to ucf from out of state what are my chances?

I am really interested in attending UCF to finish my undergraduate degree. I attended a state university in Texas where i acquired 60 credits and a 2.15 GPA. My GPA was so low do to personal health reason and no clear academic plan on my part so i decided to then transferred to my local community college for a year so i could be closer to home and get my health under control and figure out what i really wanted to do. i attended for a yr during which took 44 credit hours through the spring, summer, and fall terms and a got a 4.0 GPA and my a.a degree. my academic history before I attended the community college wasn’t good at all! I failed quite a few classes and focused more on major specific classes and not core classes even though I was not sure of my major, trying courses in four different areas of study which pilled on the credit hours with no real degree course. but i got my act together at the community college picked a major and got a 4.0 and an a.a degree. will I get accepted and be able to transfer?
