About a month ago I checked online and found I was rejected from UC Riverside. My counselor and I were very confused by this. I have a 3.4 GPA and 1910 SAT score. I've been taking mostly AP or Honors courses and even took 20 credits at my community college. I applied to UC Riverside as a Biology major. I'm hoping I was rejected by a mistake on my part in my initial application.. I received two Ds in 2 semesters of history classes which I noted in my application but forgot to note that I was retaking those classes to make up for them to make me UC eligible. In the beginning of January, I sent a letter to the UC Application Center with the changes that needed to be made as they requested and changed my online applications for UC Davis and UCSD where they had a form allowing me to do so. I never got a letter back acknowledging that the application center received it. I know for sure that UC Davis knows about those changes, though, because I updated them online. I applied to UC Davis as an Animal Biology major and was just wondering if anyone thinks there are still chances I'll be accepted? What are my chances?

Also I’m a California resident.

UCSD: Reach
UCD: High match

I think its better to send it to the individual universities. Once the uc’s received the application I dont think its the uc center’s problem

Don’t lose hope just yet! UCR rejected me but i got accepted in UC Davis and UCI, oh i’m also majoring in animal biology. Plus, your SAT is way better than mine :D

idk…

You can appeal. If you meet the UC eligibility cutoff, you will be offered a spot at UCM.

I agree with Catria regarding your chances at the other UCs.
