<p>Oh, quick question about apps: does sending my H/Y apps after 12/15 (their "preferred deadlines" -- whatever that means) hurt my chances of getting in?</p>
<p>My problem is that though I can probably manage to finish off H/Y by 12/15, all the common apps online have to be sent at the same time, and I will NOT be done w/ the others by Wed.</p>

<p>this is not even funny anymore.. its crazy.. look at the ppl who got deferred and accepted.. the only two: one took like 6 courses at pton and got 5 As and 1A-, got rec from pton prof. the other had a clean board of 800s and ranked top in the nation in dozens of contests.... this is crazy... ppl with 1580, playing cello, 800s, top 1%, etc etc get deferred.</p>
