<p>In our case it would be more like a $27K difference each year. If it had been $10K annually, I would venture to say that it might have been more of a toss-up.</p>

<p>We live in Northern VA (about 20 miles from DC)- and a surprising number of the people who live here are actually transplants from all around the US. Many who live in Northern VA or MD work in DC.</p>
