I could take either and I am not sure what I want to do in college. Does one look better than the other? Physics is a lot harder at my school in comparison to Bio so Bio would keep my grades higher. If there is seen as equal in the college application process I would just take Bio rather than physics.
If you want to go into any kind of Engineering, take Physics.
If you want Pre-med or Biology, take AP Bio.
If neither of those, then take whatever you like.
I agree with bopper, but also make sure you choose the one you can perform best in so that you can acquire the highest score possible.
