IB Survivors... a little advice pls?

I'm a sophomore trying to decide between History SL and Geography SL for my group 3.

HLs: Physics, Chemistry, Math
SLs: English, French, _______

Pros & Cons

History:
I'm WAY more interested in the material for history than geography.
Easier 7 at my school, although both are pretty easy.
LOVE debating, model UN fanatic.
Don't have to do any mapping, YES !!

Geography:
I've heard that the geo teacher was better than the history teacher.
I am very bad at memorizing, and I guess geography's less memorization.
Been told that geography would be more applicable since I'm going into sciences.
Interested in some topics, about deserts, oceans, etc.

HELP. (:
- Thanks

History SL is 20th Century topics right? I’m an HL History person, so I don’t take that until next year [I’m in History of the Americas right now], but I’ve always heard IB seniors say it’s one of their favorite classes.

History SL is European History I believe.

History HL is HoA + 20th Century Topics.

^ That’s how it’s at my school, and most places, I believe. People who want a Humanities SL can take 20th Century their senior year.

I had a loooot of trouble deciding between the same two subjects, and I think I’m going to go for History, because it’s super rigorous at my school and I thought it would be fun to challenge myself. ^^

Good Job for being a MUN addict

Geo is about as good as History for sciences. It’s not like the Geo that we all grew up, as indicated the IB title.

I would say go for Geo.
