<p>I know that FBR (Freidman Billings & Ramsey), a top 10-15 i-bank, is headquartered in Arlington, VA.</p>
<p>FBR is probably the best i-bank in DC, but by no means is it a top 10-15 bank. Regional banks don't offer near the exit opportunities as national banks do.</p>
<p>I meant to say top 10-15 regional banks...sorry. In the overall banking rankings they're in the top 50 (On the vault rankings they are 43rd). Thanks for correcting me UC.</p>
