My daughter bought LSAT prep books and then decided against law school. I've tried taking these to used books stores but they offer ridiculous prices. Can these be sold to college book stores? Is there such a thing as a Craig's List for items like this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. (I'd have my daughter take on this task, but she lives in another country and the books are in my possession.)

Thanks!

Hi, I’ve seen a lot of people sell their LSAT prep books on ebay. Especially if they are unused, you should be able to get a fair price for them! I think I’ve even seen people post books for sale on here (or on other similar Law School forums), so you may want to try those options!

Well assuming you do not have the receipt to return them, EBAY is probably your best shot. You can use Craigslist, post under books, if you do not want to ship the items. If you live in a big city, your odds of finding a buyer are much higher.

Do you know exactly what books they are? If they are Powerscore, for example, those are highly coveted. If you bough Barron’s books, then those are worthless, suppliers are selling them for a penny just to get rid of them.

I might be interested in purchasing these, depending on what you have for sale. PM me about it and perhaps we can work something out.
